I am back again linking up with the Teaching Blog Addict for Freebie Friday! Make sure to check it out for tons of great freebies! This week I finally finished a project I have been working on since the beginning of time for awhile now. It is a Math Workshop Kit: Fraction Equivalence and Comparison Unit (4th Grade). I love this product because it is what I wish that I had when I was starting math workshop. It is two full weeks of everything you would possibly need to teach the unit. There are 8 lessons, each one including:
- A differentiated lesson plan
- A hands-on center activity or game
- A “challenge” task card (for the higher groups)
- An anchor chart (most lessons)
- Exit tickets and answer keys
Plus, the product includes general information about setting up math workshop, a sample schedule, a list of related literature, and materials for a review day (math choice board).
All that to say that my freebie today is a set of Equivalent Fraction Puzzles from the math kit! These puzzles are great for math workshop (or guided math), early finishers, or test prep! I hope you enjoy!
Thanks again to Teaching Blog Addict for hosting this linky party!
